1. I think I get it now. The prominent political figures in the @GOP know that their platform and American Evangelical Christian ideology have been pushed together by the rich & powerful to exploit, enslave, exterminate, and to build a following for years.

2. The natural assumption of anybody who prospers within a system is that others with competing systems WANT THE SAME THINGS. So when they look at us liberals/progressives, they see an opposing set of views that have probably been used by the powerful within our organizations.

 

3. It's not that the ones truly in power see racism or the politicized version of "Christianity" as right, and liberalism/progressivism as wrong. That's for their manipulated minions to believe. But they think we're manipulated too, or at least they must present that front.

 

4. So when science and reason and the societal needs for equality and the earth's need for environmentalism come in and complicate the picture, it is VITAL that the @GOP not let on that there is any substantive difference between the objective merits of the two political sides.

 

5. Many of them, and probably most who vote for them, think this way: Their opposition is as manipulated and deluded as it always seems to be claiming THEY are. The point is: We're not. We use reason, not belief, and that reason and what we're able to do with it brings change.

 

6. We are able to improve human life, human quality of life, and human ideas. And with these new, progressive ideas, we become aware more of our interconnections and can do something about it. We can do things to save the world, AND TO IMPROVE OUR GOVERNMENT.

 

7. But until those deluded millions see that - because those who have deluded them will never see or at least will never admit that - this struggle will continue. I hope they are soon widely discredited. Deception as a form of government, though popular for ages, is wrong.

 

8. Resist the voices of: @GOP, @realDonaldTrump, @FoxNews, @TBN, @700club, @Franklin_Graham, @JerryFalwellJr, @LibertyU. They work for those trying mainly to manipulate you and maintain their power, those who exploit, enslave, exterminate to preserve their superiority.

 

9. Those who have done this to us all for so long, the rich and powerful and shrewd who feather their own nests, have made the government of this land into a den of thieves, and they should be utterly cast out.
