This is my dream about a game cube.

No, not a GameCube[TM]. This was a physical cube, seemingly made of thin cardboard at least on the outside, and I at first thought might have pieces, tokens, etc. on the inside of it. On each side of the outside of it were the makings for one of several games, seemingly for several persons to play. Cleverly, some of the games changed or randomized their game play by having part of their face being able to be slid or turned. After I explored this a few minutes - this was happening in someone's house, not a store, with the cube having rested on a table in the living room area - I noticed that not only could you change one of the game's play in that way, but all the faces could turn, making it sort of ten-sided or more, with games trading features and parts, and the whole mechanism behaving like a large Rubik's Cube. This was all well and good, but I got curious about the precise movement of the faces, and I found out that I could make a non-traditional twist of the faces, along a kind of a diagonal angle. This changed the shape of the game array into some odd shape that, the more I twisted it, the less symmetrical it got. It would have pointier and more shallow angles, and was also getting generally flatter. The more I turned it along its seams, the more it seemed to be simply sheets of cardboard bound together, until finally, it seemed to be little more than a set of eight magazines connected by a sort of binding cord network of eight bungee strands of one length, bound at both ends. The magazines easily came off, and now I was genuinely worried that I would be unable to get the magazines back on and the whole thing folded back into the original game cube. At the very least, I had not even begun to figure out how to do so by the time I woke up.

1) Capitalists can be divided in the following way: Those who have no problem whatsoever in parting a fool with their money, and those who do. But there is also a kind of meta-capitalist who believes government should not interfere with either of those two types of capitalist.

2) This kind of meta-capitalism makes sense to me but only insofar as it pretends that we have not figured out ways, through broadcast entertainment and even journalistic media and popular and societal culture to build bigger and better fools: folks ripe for the fleecing.

3) Just as religious & political rhetoric teamed since our colonial days to justify racist exploitation, American business, political, & religious culture have a long history of teaming up to perpetrate schemes on the less organized, the less sophisticated, the less powerful.

4) We are starting to come to a collective consciousness - it is being fought, since it is politically fraught - that government should protect the weak from the strong. Sadly, we also are conscious that some of the exploiters of the weak have - have always, in fact - governed.

5) We have such a man in the now: . He is but the latest, most monstrous manifestation of the exploiters' plans for us, and they seem to strongly favor the , whose constituents are more favorable to expoitation as empire-building.

6) It is not that they are all evil, or that other parties' members are all innocent. But those who exploit play to their strengths, and today's current of manipulation flows in a Rightward direction, I fear, through cultural and religious channels.

7) I hope we grow more and more aware of the mind games being played on us, the ways in which the powerful cheat those with less power. (Knowledge is power, remember.) and religious manipulators like and boost their signal. We must resist it.
